Job Responsibilities
- According to the company's international market development and the company's strategic planning, implement the company's international sales strategy and sales plan.
- Establish and improve the overseas marketing network system, expand overseas markets, promote and sell the company's products, actively collect market information, gain insight into market trends, participate in industry exhibitions, industry competition analysis, product price positioning, company brand building, and regularly submit to superior leaders Market and industry analysis reports;
- Develop overseas foreign trade channels, establish overseas sales platforms, and be responsible for brand building and promotion of the company's products;
- Organize and train overseas trade or direct sales teams, and lead the team to accomplish various goals and tasks.
- Understand customer needs, be responsible for the maintenance and development of overseas customers, and establish good cooperative relations with customers
- Continuously improve and strengthen the international after-sales service system;
- Build information channels and be fully responsible for the collection and feedback of overseas market information;
- Continue to discover and develop new international markets, and bring the company's CGM to patients in other countries;
- Other affairs related to international business;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major: bioengineering, chemistry, medicine or science, international trade, and other related majors;
- Experience requirements: more than 10 years of international marketing experience, with good overseas sales experience; more than 3 years of department manager experience; independent leadership and management experience.
- Work experience in medical devices, biopharmaceutical, and other industries is preferred.
- Proficient in English, familiar with foreign trade sales process and model, familiar with product promotion and channel cooperation model.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure and strong communication skills; have overall planning ability and overall situation; have team management ability
- Able to accept international business trips.
