We are looking for an integration engineer with experience in enterprise systems/software to join our team. The position involves continuing to build out our integrations platform with the rest of the engineering team as well as working with integration/technical teams for our partners & clients to accomplish their goals.
Responsibilities:
Understand the lifecycle of the SimpleCitizen software in our customer’s organizations
Understand user requirements & integration solutions
Communicate integration problems & solutions with SimpleCitizen Engineering & customers
Take ownership of the integration platform
Work in tandem with the rest of the engineering team to build out new integration modules/features
Adapt to & learn new technologies
Requirements:
Experience working with enterprise systems
Excellent experience/skills with at least two major programming languages
Knowledge of REST & SOAP APIs
Ability to write clean & maintainable code
Intimate knowledge of modern web applications
Knowledge of security principles, especially with respect to building integration features
Strong verbal & written communication abilities
Confidence in communicating with customers
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with GraphQL
Experience with HRIS software
