Summary:
As an Insurance Partnership Manager, you will be working closely with our Corporate clients, Insurance Companies, B2B business development team and other internal key stakeholders to ensure the best and most forward leaning insurance delivery.
In this position you will:
Build and maintain business relationships with clients and insurance companies
Discuss and assess clients' current and future insurance needs
Schedule and attend meetings
Research insurance policies and products
Negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance providers
Arrange insurance cover for clients with the insurance provider
Recommend product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Ensure timely collection of premiums
Keep detailed client records
Manage Clients claims process
Renew or amend existing policies for clients
In your first few months, you’ll
Get up-to-speed on our current objectives and our roadmap across our target market.
You’ll need to quickly understand how our product works,
Make impactful presentations,
Learn who our ideal customers are, how to successfully negotiate, how to close effectively and how we manage our present clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a broking house or multi-product insuretech company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of insurance industry regulations, practices, and trends.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies.
Confident negotiation skills
Proficient in using insurance management systems, Google Workspace tools and other relevant software
