What You Will Be Doing

You have a keen eye for detail, are highly skilled, and knowledgeable. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

How To Succeed

  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of clients’ business current and future requirements.
  • Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing a customer focus attitude.
  • Source new sales opportunities by research and through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Has a solid understanding of how to manage and drive sales pipelines.
  • Establish high-level relationships; offer creative ideas that will enable the client to take advantage of all products offered by Hubble and grow existing revenue annually.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Build and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrate superior product knowledge.
  • Maintaining a database of prospective client information.
  • Maintain client retention of existing solutions through outstanding client service and support, and ensure clients gain and recognize the full value of solutions.
  • What We Need From You
  • At least 5 years of experience with a proven sales track record in inside sales
  • Bilingual (Mandarin/English) to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • CRM/Salesforce/Hubspot experience preferred
  • Extremely self-motivated
  • Skilled negotiator
  • Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues, process problems, and translate needs into business opportunities
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
