Responsibilities:
• Quality control for the People Operations & Legal team
• Carrying out all People Operations & Legal programs
• Managing day to day activities of People Operations & Legal
• Liaising with regulatory authorities
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases
• Oversee efficiency of operational processes
• Analyze business requirements and customer needs
• Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
• Monitor and report on department performance
• Supervise and train team members in People Operations & Legal matters
• Provide administrative support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR/Legal and Operations or similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of Indonesian labor & commercial law
• Knowledge of operational principles and policies
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
• Hands-on experience implementing HR and Operational processes.
• Good knowledge of visa/immigration law
• Excellent organizational and project management skills abilities
