This is an excellent position for a highly capable and successful professional with the passion in making customers happy, strong project management experience (Jira), technical background (SQL), and excellent communication and problem solving skills, who's ready to take on bigger responsibilities and a leap of faith, to not only deliver tech solution to clients with high speed and quality, but also help scale the entire practice in product implementation and user onboarding following the rapid growth of Smarking's product suites and client base on a daily basis.
Reporting to the Manager, Implementation and Support, this role will be responsible for expeditiously completing product implementation and customer onboarding once the contract is signed, with great resolution quality and customer communication to help establish a great foundation for customer retention and loyalty. The IPM is also responsible for working with all Smarking integration partners in the industry to continue improving Smarking's tech integration with all partners and building great relationship with everyone.
Although initially an individual contributor role, ideal candidates will be ready and able to assume managerial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn Smarking products and tech integrations inside and out
- Day-to-day ownership of the Smarking implementation process from post-contact to post-product delivery and user training
- Ownership of high speed and high quality delivery of all Smarking products to clients with quantified results on an on-going basis
- Working with clients and integration partners to remove road blocks and resolve issues both case-by-case and at scale, including data access, accuracy, reliability, and other challenges
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Account Executives, Account and Customer Success Managers, and Engineers to proactively identify, communicate, and resolve implementation obstacles
- Help configure all products and set the clients up for long-term success on the platform
- QA of the Smarking system including new releases
- Provide feedback to engineering to influence bug fixes and product enhancements
- Document, streamline, and improve Smarking's implementation practice
- Helping build and embody a deep seeded customer focused organization and culture
Qualifications (Experience)
- 3+ years customer facing work experience
- Technical experience in SQL: ability to write and debug queries and statements
- Familiarity with Basic network and IT infrastructure management, ETL frameworks, quality assurance, and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, and ECS) is a plus
- A proven track record of goal attainment and overachievement, delivering exceptional product implementation and/or customer service and support, and great communications with customers and colleagues
- Basic project management skills
- Proficiency in JIRA, Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite
