Responsibilities
We are seeking an HR coordinator to join our team. The HR coordinator will be the sole point of
contact for all HR, Admin and Office Management related responsibilities for our Singapore
office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Play a pivotal role in various recruitment strategies in collaboration with the HR team in
India
Responsible for pre-employment onboarding; conducting reference and social media
checks
Ensure smooth implementation of HR events, engagement activities and initiatives in the
Singapore office
Ensure all new hire documents are in order and maintain employee file
Spearhead and support various HR projects & initiatives
Responsible for Work Visa applications and cancellations
Coordinate for candidate and employee logistics as and when required
Communicate with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for travelers, airport
transfers, booking of hotel accommodation and travelling visas
Courier and mailing duties
Coordinate and manage vendor services
Liaison and maintain stock list, order office and pantry supplies as needed
Requirements
Diploma or degree qualification in HR or Business with 1-3 years’ experience in
recruiting/staffing/Office Management support function
Experience with Campus hiring coordination (Preferred)
Strong planning, follow up and organizational skills
Hands-on and details oriented with effective communication skills
Ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority
Proficient in use of all Microsoft office tools
