Job Responsibilities
As HR Recruitment Officer (Part-Time) you will be leading our team expansion in Singapore.
Due to the dynamic nature of our company, you will be exposed to a variety of roles and seniorities: Web Developers, Marketing, Sales, Product Manager, Customer Service, Accounting etc.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
Publish our open positions on as many job portals as possible, keep them updated and improve texts to maximize reach;
Receive, organise and evaluate resumes;
Contact candidates via email and phone to follow-up on their application and make the first selection;
Organize & run the first interview for non-tech roles; only organize the first interview for tech roles;
Participate in, organize and coordinate career fairs.
Skills Required
Requirements:
1 year + experience in recruiting for Startups.
Perfect English, both written and spoken.
