Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in companies.
Own & influence the long-term Recruitment Strategy for the company partnering with the business and HR to define & shape the strategy & workforce blend.
End to end delivery of recruitment plans through attraction & sourcing campaigns, delivery metrics and continuous review & improvement.
Work alongside and collaborate with our outsourced partners and delivery team.
Engage with the Recruitment strategy team, delivery hub and partners to ensure recruitment plans and priorities are met.
Participate in the candidate evaluation and selection process, including conducting in-depth screening of candidates and conducting interviews, as appropriate - in order to delivery accurate and tailored shortlists to Hiring Managers.
