The person will be reporting directly to founders.
The person must be very good at communication (not necessarily in English) and people management.
Human Resources:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
2. Conduct interviews and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
3. Prepare and update job descriptions and specifications.
4. Foster a positive working environment and culture.
5. Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
8. Implement employee retention strategies.
9. Create and update HR policies in line with industry best practices and legal requirements.
10. Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in HR and operations roles.
3. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
