Requirements :
• Have work experience in the same position for at least 3 years
• Minimum graduate degree, preferable bachelor of law/psychology/Human Resource Management
• Proficient in using psychological test tools, Ms. Office, Performance Appraisal, Job Description, Organizational Structure
• Have active English skills both oral and written
• Can work with a team
• Have good communication
• Accustomed to working with targets and time set
Responsibility :
• Carry out the employee recruitment process, to meet the needs of the workforce, in accordance with the "Employee Recruitment Procedure".
• Searching for employee candidates, selecting, and selecting application letters, and conducting psychological tests with external parties to find candidates according to user requests, through databases, online advertising media, campus hiring, and job fairs.
• Schedule employee candidates to participate in the selection process by using email, telephone, or other notification media.
• Ensure that all candidates fill in the specified documents and submit other supporting documents prior to the interview.
• Coordination with users for the selection process at the next stage, by calling and interviewing users.
• Willing to assist the entire recruitment process both online and offline.
• Ensure the onboarding process runs well and smoothly and every new employee gets the understanding, tools, and all documents on the D day.
• Monitor the existing work agreement process and ensure every new employee understands all his rights and obligations.
• Monitor and evaluate employee competencies, so that each employee has the competencies expected by the company, by making training courses to improve competence.
• Running employee Training and Development programs in the company with external parties to improve employee competencies, in accordance with the 'Training Program' that has been prepared.
• Manage and review the agreement between the company and the workforce in accordance with applicable company regulations and monitor the term of the employee employment contract
• Revise the organizational structure that must be improved in accordance with the conditions and needs of the company that has been approved by the management so that the company can move optimally, in accordance with the provisions applicable.
• Create or revise a Job Description in accordance with the conditions and needs of the company that has been approved by the management so that the company can move optimally, in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Work in teams to ensure organizational clarity, so that company employees clearly know the existence of the organization, through the actual and good Organizational Structure and Job desk.
• Improve SLA recruitment and OD in a structured company.
