Job description for HR & Payroll Intern at Expressions

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Provide direct support to staff on HR-related matters
• Maintain employee records
• Participate in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding
• Handle staff insurances and claims
• Facilitate payroll processing such as tracking timesheets, salary calculations, and payment
• Calculate commissions using the standard operating procedures
• Admin support for government survey, grants, and programme
• Assist in daily receivables check from the retail outlets
• Other office administration and employee-related matters

Requirements:

• Studying/Studied Human Resource
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR software
• Good mathematical skills
• Able to translate English HR memo to Chinese due to high proportion of Chinese staff
