Job Position : HR Admin

Job Responsibilities :
• Manage end to end employee life cycle events and processes including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, relocation and offboarding
• Maintain up to date employee files and ensure integrity, consistency and security of all data handled
• Facilitate the onboarding/offboarding process including conduct new hire orientation and exit clearance
• Administer visa/work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
• Manage all insurance policies and handle claims
• Respond to staff queries related to HR policies and processes
• Prepare and process monthly payroll in accurate and timely manner
• Assist in all internal and external training programs
• Ensure timely, accurate submission and processing of employee’s leave, medical and expenses claims in accordance to the relevant policy terms and conditions.
• Perform general administrative duties to support company’s business operation
• Oversee and coordinate all office activities
• Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements :
• 2 years of relevant experience as HR practitioner
• Well-versed in MOM system (WPOL/EPOL)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
• Able to work with minimal direction
• Resourceful, team player and able to multi-task

Compensations & Benefits
Basic Salary : SGD$2,200 – SGD$2,800
Commission : Not Applicable
Allowance : Not Applicable
Working Location : Tuas Crescent, Singapore
Nearest MRT : Tuas Crescent MRT (From Tuas Shipyard to MRT takes 5-7 mins on bus, 15 mins on foot)
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 7.30am – 5.30pm
Annual Leave : 14 Days
Medical Benefit : $200 claim per year
AWS : 1 Month
Performance Bonus : Depending on company & individual performance
