Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR and general administrative support to the Singapore team
  • Work collaboratively with HR team based in Indonesia
  • Prepare & process documents for submission to clients / relevant authorities
  • Manage office supplies and maintenance requirements of the office
  • Upkeep of documents, records, and office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Handle welfare matters such as get-well baskets, congratulatory gifts, wreaths, etc.
  • Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as the superior/management deem fit.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in office skills / Business Admin / HRM or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Meticulous, organized, and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Only Singaporeans
