About Siphox:
SiPhox is a Khosla Ventures and Y-Combinator backed Boston startup developing point-of-need and at-home diagnostics. Using photonic silicon chip technology, we have miniaturized a 100lb lab instrument for running immunoassays in whole blood, nasal swab eluent, urine, or saliva into a 3x3x6 inch footprint. Each disposable SiPhox Home cartridge can provide data on 7 biomarkers quantitatively using a small sample volume. Our first cartridge is a semi-quantitative COVID antigen and antibody test, with multiple cartridges in development across health and wellness.
