Role Overview
This role presents an ideal opportunity for a sales leader ready to take the next step in their career by building a sales function from the ground up. You'll closely partner with our founder to develop our enterprise strategy, combining your sales expertise with our deep product and technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospect identification through deal closure
- Partner directly with the founder to develop and iterate on enterprise GTM strategy, including materials, messaging, and target customer profiles
- Define and implement foundational sales processes, tools, and metrics
- Once we've established a repeatable sales motion, build and lead the initial sales team
Requirements
- 8+ years enterprise sales experience, including 2+ years in sales management
- Track record selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI products
- Startup experience required
- Located in SF Bay Area
