GoLinks is seeking a Head of Sales to drive our sales strategy, grow and manage a high-performing sales team, and execute on top-line growth goals. The ideal candidate will have solid experience leading an early-stage sales team in the SAAS space and an understanding of inside enterprise sales cycles. They will be results-oriented, data-driven, and possess strong relationship-building skills. This is a critical leader that will report directly to the CEO and will be a key strategic role within the organization.
Who you are
At least 3 years of experience managing enterprise sales function and leading a large high-performance sales team, preferably a distributed team
History of success building sales teams at fast-growing companies.
Ability to take a strategic, data-oriented, and analytical approach to sales, including a transparent and accurate forecasting process
Thorough knowledge of Outreach or similar CRM software to effectively and efficiently optimize team performance and customer satisfaction
High urgency, get things done attitude, and team-oriented
Desire to work in an early-stage sales environment and lay the foundations of the company's sales strategies and processes.
Experience with IT or Human Resources Departments preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
