🚀 Overview
The Sales team at Ozone is responsible for leading external initiatives and engagements to support our GTM strategy, contribute to top of funnel growth and acquire partnerships with leading American and multinational media companies. You will be directly working together with our founder Max and create the foundation for all future hires joining the Sales team. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external product and strategic partners

Design and execute a partnership strategy for each of your partners: set and communicate ambitious partnership goals, hold external partners accountable for performance and contractual commitments

Serve as primary relationship owner with partners for pipeline reviews, sales trainings, escalations, and work cross-functionally within Slope to secure the necessary resources to drive business outcomes

Support relevant strategic projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution of strategy, clear communication of goals both internally and externally, and leading the go-to-market for relevant initiatives
💎 Key Qualifications

4+ years of business development and/or partner management experience, preferably working at or with related industries

Experience in high-growth firms

Blend of technical awareness and financial savvy to develop an end-to-end view of technical effort and commercial value

Ability to translate and apply our value proposition to partner goals, and navigate large enterprises to build relationships with stakeholders across departments

Excellent communication skills, prioritization and the ability to navigate competing demands

Strong team player and ability to succeed in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, problem solving, business acumen, and positive attitude
