Job description:
• Develops and implements business plans, sales projects and strategic plans for sales
• Conduct research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Strengthen product value and position in sales activities, knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors
• Establish productive and professional relationships with clients
• Guide the team to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders via CRM based and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Work collaboratively across teams - including Category Management, Marketing, Operations, Tech Product, and Engineering
• Continuously refine workflows to make demand generation as efficient and scalable as possible
• Keep abreast with new product launches and ensure all team members are on board
• Plan and develop team members strengths to improve the teamwork and achieve the optimal sales target
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales
• Experience in handling project and team
• Proven experience in Sales senior position level
• Proven ability to handle a fast-paced sales demand
• Proven experience as a successful quota-carrying, new business sales rep in a closing role
• CRM and put in the system correctly
• Good in Gsheet and collecting data
• Good negotiator and problem solver
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and persuade
• Empathy
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong job ownership, have a high familiarity with consultative selling
