Summary
We are looking for a Head of Revenue who will own and drive the company's top-line revenue growth across all areas of GTM who can hit the ground running with no team in place as an individual contributor. The position reports directly to the CEO and regularly interacts with other executive team members to ensure alignment in goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and execute the company’s revenue strategy with an emphasis on driving top-line growth
- Identify, pursue and close new revenue opportunities
- Develop and implement pricing strategy to maximize long-term profitability
- Create and manage sales targets for the team
- Establish sales process, metrics and systems to optimize sales efficiency
- Stay abreast of industry trends and benchmarking to proactively identify potential new opportunities
- Provide regular insights and reports on sales performance to the executive team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years’ sales and revenue experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Proven track record of success in driving top-line revenue growth along all areas of Go To Market
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
