Head of Purchasing - Mobile Robot

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the team to design, verify, develop, produce and deliver;
• Responsible for formulating the project master plan together with the product team and monitoring the achievement of key milestones of the project, leading to solving problems affecting project progress, quality, manpower, cost, etc.;
• Responsible for the whole process management of R&D projects, including development strategy, resource allocation, process optimization, and reorganization;
• Coordinate and solve technical problems in project development or implementation, and provide strong R&D technical support for project implementation.

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in intelligent hardware;
• Familiar with the development process of intelligent hardware related products, have led a complete project, and have successful experience in mass production is preferred;
• Familiar with the technical aspects of intelligent hardware design and manufacturing design, understand requirements decomposition, measurable design, reliability testing, requirements acceptance, mass production, and other aspects, and be able to carry out overall technical control of related aspects and solve technical problems.
• Strong self-motivation, good communication and cooperation ability, and certain management ability.

The following experience is preferred

• Experience in robot chassis manufacturing, motor drive, the realization of navigation, positioning, perception functions, embedded system design, app design and delivery (one is sufficient);
• Experience in cost control and supply chain;
• Good communication skills in English.
