What is GoGo
GoGo helps older adults live independently in their home by partnering with 3rd parties like Uber to help manage our clients’ Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (mobility management, meal management, grocery management, medication management, in home chores & services, billing management & financing and communicating with friends and family).
Company Stage
We are bootstrapped and profitable. We may decide to raise funding down the road, but we haven't needed to since 2016. We have close to 100 team members, mostly distributed around the world. We are growing quickly, and our ARR has more than doubled since last year. Based on the results of a few recent experiments, we anticipate the next 12 months will be some of the fastest growing at the company.
Job description
A direct report to the CEO, this role manages GoGo's product roadmap, services & cross functional initiative.
GoGo's product management today
GoGo’s product management is split between quasi “service pods”, “cross service initiatives” and “new projects”.
Our service pods are product and operations working on growing an individual service offering with clients. For example "how can we improve discoverability of meals for people living with newly diagnosed dietary restrictions".
Our cross service initiatives are three separates metrics the whole company is responsible for: acquisition, retention and monetization.
Our new projects are new service lines being explored by our leadership team. They typically undergo an extended alpha phase managed by a member of the leadership team before finding an operational leader that can take them into beta and beyond.
Responsibilities
