Head of Operations

Measured looking for an experienced operations leader to work closely with our founders and execute across different areas of the company, including telehealth logistics, coaching and growth. You’ll be wearing many hats and should be comfortable quickly shift contexts as you navigate the various parts of our business.

Ideal candidates will be self starters who can lead a project from start to completion and establish ownership over large areas of our company over time. You will be a key player in bringing calm and order to (sometimes) chaotic systems.

⚡ What you'll do

• Work closely with our founders to build out our telehealth platform
  • Work with our digital health lawyer to ensure we are always compliant
  • Recruit, onboard and manage our physicians
  • Research third party vendors and spearhead partnerships
  • Once we setup the initial processes and workflows, you’ll help us recruit and train a Head of Clinical Operations to oversee these responsibilities long-term
• Help us build a top tier coaching program
  • Work with our instructional designers and content creators
  • Build clear coaching guidelines and
  • Help recruit, onboard and manage additional coaches
  • Once we setup the initial processes and workflows, you’ll help us recruit and train a Head Coach to oversee these responsibilities long-term
• Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

🎯 What we're looking for

• 4+ years experience of relevant experience, ie leading ops at a startup, starting your own company, consulting at digital health companies.
• Excellent problem-solving and systems design skills — you should feel in your element thinking about how to organize organizations and teams to run them efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task efficiently. You’ll be wearing many hats, and as such need to be great at rapidly switching contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a remote-first position. We plan to get an office in NYC in summer 2022, however you’re welcome to continue working remotely if that’s your preference.
