What will you do:
Set up marketing strategies, systems, and processes to achieve company goals
Manage the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to align to the business strategy
Lead marketing team to achieve marketing goals that align with company vision & mission.
Ensure all marketing 360 activities are on track and in a timely manner.
Develop, execute and iterate the marketing strategy (offline and online) for the brand as well as product marketing
Oversee performance and dealing with external to align marketing communication strategy included partnership, collaboration, and media relations.
Support the product team in communicating the value propositions to customers, including content ideation, marketing collaterals, and toolkits
Optimize our marketing automation and lead the nurturing process through email, content, and social channels
Regular monitoring of campaign performance, conversion funnel, and optimization
End-to-end planning, development, implementation, and coordination of marketing ideas.
We're looking for someone who:
At least 6 years working experience in marketing or brand management, from multinational companies in the Technology, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Civil, Telecommunications or sector (Tech experience a plus). Must have managed and executed across both digital and offline marketing, beyond plan development
BS/MS degree in marketing or business administration is preferred
Work experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication, Brand, and/or Growth Marketing preferably within our industry/tech industry
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of the Indonesian landscape and consumer trends.
Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
