We are looking for a Marketing Head who will be responsible for user acquisition, user retention, PR, communication, Organic - SEO/ASO, corporate partnerships, international expansion, P&L ownership and the overall business growth.

If you have digital marketing experience for a hyper local brand and a passion for new technology: we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for ALL things growth: Acquisition, Retention & Revenue.

Your growth: You’ll experience Series A, B in 24-months and become the VP of Marketing. You’ll see a 30-people team becoming a 100-people and will grab the rarest opportunity to be in the room where company’s decisions are planned with founders and product and marketing leaders. You’ll love working with super-strong technical and product teams, and fall in love with technology first approach to solve large scale marketing problems. Job Description:

Reporting to the Founder, you will be responsible for:

Performance marketing - User Acquisition, CAC, Payback Period, Returns on Ad Spend Customer Lifecycle Management - Retention, Usage behaviour and Engagement through tools like Clevertap, Moengage etc Brand campaigns with various community building activities, Press Release and Influencers across the Digital Media. Driving monthly traffic and page views through ASO, SEO Product Features - Influence product team with product shareability and referral ideas Revenue - Own business metrics and drive revenue growth

Experience and Qualifications:

5-7 years of relevant experience in Digital first consumer brands. Familiarity with the Performance Marketing Stack and full funnel marketing experience. Minimum 4+ years of having led multi-skilled digital marketing teams Strong creative, analytical & soft skills combined with an affinity for data. Deep functional expertise in most of the key aspects of digital marketing - Performance marketing, digital brand building, social media marketing, SEO, ASO, content marketing or customer engagement via content & marketing automation. Consumer mobile app or B2C product experience will be a big plus. Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally. Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
