What you’ll do:
- Set the vision and strategy for our learning offering, based on a deep understanding of business objectives, students need and healthcare industry demand
- Develop and own the content roadmap, including new programs and learning modalities
- Oversee the content development process and operations for a growing team of SMEs and content developers
- Drive repeatable operational processes to deliver the best learning experience at scale
- Develop and execute creative initiatives and experiments to improve the learning experience
- Own and achieve student success metrics, including certification rates
- Gather and analyze learning and student success data and address areas for improvement
- Build strong relationships across the academic and industry community to understand emerging allied healthcare learning needs
- Work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, and partnerships team to provide visibility into student and instructor feedback and help inform their roadmaps
This job is for you if:
- You have 5+ years of consulting or operational experience in a direct-to-consumer startup
- You earned a healthcare degree, such as biology or nursing
- You are passionate about helping students change their lives through access to education
- You have strong communication skills
- You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully
- You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
- You learn quickly through experimentations
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Bonus points if:
- You worked in healthcare or EdTech
- You launched online learning programs
- You taught or coordinated online courses at scale
