About the Role:

As the Head of B2B Growth Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution to acquire Enterprise (80%) and Mid Market (20%) businesses across our target industries, and launch and expand more countries in the region. This includes demand generation, nurturing across multiple paid and owned channels, and brand building.

What you will do:

  • Lead the B2B Growth Marketing Team. This position reports to the CEO and is in charge of developing the strategy, planning, and execution to meet company growth targets, as well as being the ambassador of the brand.

  • Build out a healthy and economical acquisition channel portfolio to grow our B2B customer database (leads), increase traffic, build brand, warm up B2B leads and promote conversion.

  • Develop thought leadership to position our company to enterprise clients.

  • Collaborate effectively with Sales to perform sales enablement activities, marketing automation and mid and bottom of the funnel activities to nurture leads and promote closings. It includes the creation of content like case studies and whitepapers; and activities like info sessions, conferences, customer interviews, customer advocacy, and leveraging our instructor network.

  • Implement Account Based Marketing (ABM) and experiment across channels (paid, organic, SEO, referral, offline, etc.) to acquire B2B clients and across the funnel to boost CRO.

  • Own analytics across the entire funnel/CRM (inbound and outbound), and deliver critical reporting on time to the CEO to fuel optimization. Automate reporting and ensure we are best using resources/budgets.

  • Own the performance of our website to ensure it best tells our story, represents our products' UVP, connects with our audiences, and converts into leads and customers.

  • Develop the Kurios brand and leverage the relationships with PR and digital agencies.

  • Determine, own and improve unit economics such as CAC, LTV, Payback Period, ROI, etc.

  • Represent the company in events such as customer interviews, master classes and webinars.

  • Partner closely with the Founding Team, CS, Product, Sales and Content to: (i) build a bottom up growth approach, and (ii) to build growth loops.

  • Be an #owner, define #bigboldbets and #deliverresults.

What you will need in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience working in and/or leading acquisition, growth marketing strategy, demand generation, enterprise marketing, in a digital capacity.

  • Experience in the B2B market (Enterprise) is preferred, but not mandatory. Demonstrated success in pipeline contribution, especially with Enterprise businesses. ABM experience preferred/plus.

  • Experience enabling sales teams with material and activities to promote lead generation, conversion and thought leadership.

  • Proficient in (i) TOF: performance marketing, campaign targeting, testing measurement and optimization across channels: paid social, paid search, organic, SEO, referral, offline, etc.; and (ii) hands-on experience with marketing automation in B2B funnels.

  • Proven experience building bottom up growth and growth loops is a plus.

  • Experience in content creation, thought leadership positioning and SEO. Support in creating high value and fact based high quality content and/or editing content from others, and/or working with agencies.

  • You love building audiences, have a proven track record delivering traffic/leads, and ultimately contributing revenue from your acquisition programs.

  • Fluency in analyzing data, summarizing/presenting it and quickly acting on it. Well versed in analytics packages, reporting formats, budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing marketing ops to ensure we grow responsibly. Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI or others) is a plus.

  • Extreme bias for speed and action; and a results-driven mindset.

  • Entrepreneurial DNA, a mindset for rolling up your sleeves and solving stuff all the time. Naturally self-directed and if you don’t have the answer, you figure it out.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to influence across the org.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to juggle many tasks and multiple projects.

  • Strong interest in technology and digital skills, and understanding of the space.

  • Experience in the LatAm market. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Spanish (Native or Full Professional Proficiency).
