One of India's fastest growing consumer health platforms Clinikally is looking for a Category/Brand Manager Head to drive brand partnerships in dermatology, nutrition and wellness across Rx and OTC categories.

As a the head of this vertical at Clinikally.com, you will have the unique opportunity to help expand the offerings and product categories available for Clinikally’s users, whilst helping expand the scope of an ever growing tele-consultation offering.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for new brands during the onboarding process.
  • Build an ever-growing portfolio of brands to onboard, negotiate with and introduce to Clinikally’s online pharmacy + telehealth platform and to add to the existing 250 brand partners.
  • Monitor the brand's progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop supply chain strategies aligned with offline sales goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to address any supply chain-related concerns raised by customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Resolve any supply chain-related issues impacting revenue operations promptly.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory at offline as well as online locations.
  • Formulate a comprehensive account wise strategy including promotions like telehealth tie ups
  • Delivering revenue targets & managing the entire channel’s P&L
  • Work towards conceptualizing and executing category building initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations

Qualifications for the Role:

  • 5+ years experience in e-commerce sales/e-pharmacy/key account management, preferably with a B.Pharm and/or M.Pharm
  • Familiarity with brand strategies and marketing principles.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in working on new products and developing consumer concepts
  • Strong skills in interpersonal communication, and adept at writing.
  • Experience with healthcare, derma, pharma and/or beauty brands
  • Work with diverse stakeholders in a collaborative manner
