The Job
In this role, you will be leading a team in the full suite of HR & GA responsibilities. You will conduct surprise audits at project offices within Indonesia and collaborate with departments heads to understand and align business objectives
You will be responsible for :
Developing, reviewing and implementing sound HR policies, procedures and processes
Analysing and reviewing salary benchmarking for strategic competitiveness
Ensuring compliance to corporate governance including internal and external audits
Assisting President Director in planning and identifying for leadership succession
Ensuring the smooth operations, building management as well as overall security and business continuity plans of the company
The Profile
You have at least 15 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Telecommunications.
You have strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
You have sound business acumen and thorough understanding of business fundamentals.
Experience in building partnerships and advising multiple stakeholders is essential to the role
You have the ability to handle sensitive / highly confidential information professionally.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
