Responsibilities:
- Run performance marketing (B2B) campaigns on digital advertising platforms like Google and LinkedIn to maximize inbound lead generation
- Build a cadence of thought leadership events and outreach campaigns with HR and Industry Trade Media to drive outbound lead generation
- Manage and grow channel partnerships with existing and new resellers to drive sales of MindFi's solutions to their clients
- Work with our Content Marketing Manager to constantly improve MindFi's marketing collateral to differentiate from the competition
- Design and execute retargeting campaigns to reignite interest amongst MindFi's past and lost leads
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise growth marketing or a relevant field
- Creative and innovative in problem-solving and conceptualizing ideas for B2B and growth marketing
- Excellent in communication, both spoken and written English, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
- Experienced in running successful Google and LinkedIn online advertising campaigns as well as using a range of digital tools for performance marketing tracking
- Positive, team-player, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experience in B2B Marketing in the corporate wellness space and/or in a start-up is a plus
