Users watch video lessons on pronunciation and public speaking from Hollywood coaches, and then improve their fluency by speaking and getting real-time pronunciation feedback from our speech artificial intelligence.

🧠 Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to create and execute strategies and tactics that will put BoldVoice in the hands of the millions of people who can benefit from it. You will manage our existing channels to scale and optimize them, while testing out new channels to expand our reach. This role is perfectly suited for a proactive, creative and data-driven person who thrives in environments of high ownership and high ambiguity.
You will own the following channels to achieve our growth goals:
- Influencer marketing
- Social marketing (Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok)
- Content marketing + SEO
- Email marketing
- Community building
- Partnerships
Across these channels, you will be responsible for:
- Defining the strategy and project plan
- Building and sourcing the creative media and content for our campaigns
- Reaching out and collaborating with relevant stakeholders including influencers, partners, press
- Executing A/B tests and experiments, with continuous iteration based on learnings
- Analyzing performance and providing insight on what's working and what should be changed
🦄 Who you are
- You are experienced, but hands-on – we're looking for 4-8 years of experience, ideally at a high-growth startup in the consumer or SaaS space
- You are scrappy – can do a lot with limited resources
- You are data-driven – constantly running hypothesis-driven experiments and iterating based on data
- You are creative – not only when it comes to ad copy/visuals, but also in exploring non-traditional avenues for early-stage growth
- You are humble – you can roll up your sleeves and pitch in for any task, big or small, that will push the company forward
