The role will bring passion to what they do, day in and day out. The Growth Marketing Manager will scale existing channels while optimizing our key performance metrics. Our offices in Hong Kong and LA are pretty casual; we believe in having fun, experimenting, and building a community where people are free to be creative and grow. He/she should have an analytical, data-driven mindset and hands-on experience managing ad platforms from high-level strategy to day-to-day operations. He/she must be up for a challenging, but rewarding experience of aggressively growing our customer base. He/she will be accountable for digital marketing and growth hacking, global e-commerce business, and engage in Facebook/ Google Ads, Adwords, social media marketing.
Job Description:
- Develop digital marketing strategy for local marketing channels (Naver, Kakao, local app targeting, etc)
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and plan/manage the marketing budget accordingly
- Optimize ROAS/ROI of advertisement, SEO, Display, paid media, etc on all relevant channels
- Monitor the performance of each marketing channel, identify the potential, proactively forecast upcoming risks, and come up with the action plan accordingly.
- Complete weekly and monthly sales report accurately & analyze Korea’s market trend/ consumers’ behavior
- Enhance the website content and flow to grow the customer usage, traffic, and conversion rate
- Improve the localization of e-commerce and enhance customers’ experience on our website. Collaborate closely with the business development team, web team, business analytic team, and global marketing team
- Manage ad-hoc projects
Requirement:
- University degree, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, data analytics, and advertising platforms (Naver, Kakao)
- Proficient in Google Analytics is a plus (able to be trained)
- Highly analytical and well-structured in problem solving and presentation
- Ability to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Native Korean & Business English is mandatory
- Entrepreneurial mindset & self-motivated
