👩💻👨💻 Role
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will spearhead initiatives to grow revenue. To date, we have grown primarily through word of mouth referrals and strong partnerships in the startup / technology communities. We have a great foundation and positive brand awareness to build on top of in order to grow revenue faster.
As our first full-time marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to build scalable systems to acquire customers, including leveraging paid ads, content / SEO, partnerships, and more. A few of your responsibilities will include:

Guide marketing strategy & analytics –– Define marketing goals and set up dashboards to help us measure, optimize and scale our marketing efforts. Using data to iterate quickly on marketing campaigns will be key to unlock this next stage of revenue growth for our business.

Test acquisition channels –– Launch, track, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels to convert new customers. We have found promising early results from paid ads and partnerships and it’ll be up to you to double down on existing and new channels to find what clicks.

Build a positive brand –– Create landing pages, follow SEO best practices, and own our social media accounts to build traffic and improve our online presence.
This position is great for someone who is invigorated about wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment and is willing to help out with sales, customer success, and operational initiatives as needed. We are looking for someone who is adaptive and excited to learn at an early-stage startup.

✅ What You'll Do
- Set marketing goals and timelines
- Create marketing dashboards and reporting
- Test acquisition channels and campaigns, including paid ad optimization
- Push content and optimize SEO in collaboration with the team / contractors
- Improve messaging through the website copy and design
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to improve the conversion funnel
✨ Requirements
- 5+ year experience in marketing
- Worked previously at a B2B startup (seed to Series C) with a self-serve model
- Breadth in all areas of marketing, with strong depth in some of these areas: paid acquisition, email/lifecycle marketing, SEO, website management & conversion rate optimization, marketing ops and analytics
- Have managed a team or contractors
- Proficiency in a full-stack of marketing tools including Webflow and Google Analytics
- Comfortable with ambiguity and running experiments to test what works
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
