We are recruiting a Growth Marketer who will be our first dedicated marketing hire. The key objective of our marketing efforts is to 100x our inbound traffic and increase’s digital presence.

This is a great opportunity to shape our marketing activities, and to grow with the company. You ideally have worked in a B2B digital marketing role in a startup for 3+ years and you come with your own ideas about how to plan and design growth marketing campaigns. The role requires you to be a proactive self-starter, who is able to multitask in our startup environment. There is a ton to "figure out" and we're looking for someone who is creative and identifies opportunities independently. We're not afraid to experiment with new things and you will have sufficient freedom to choose which tools you use and how you achieve your goals. is building the best ML training data platform, helping organizations to speed up their machine learning development. Our platform provides best-in-class tools to create, curate and iterate on training data, while integrating seamlessly with our customer's workflows. This helps teams to build better datasets faster. We often work closely with our customer's deep learning teams, and ship new features fast. Clients include Fortune 500 enterprises to niche engineering companies, with use cases such as autonomous driving, fruit harvesting, construction progress management and inventory analysis.

We're the first Belgian startup to have participated in YCombinator. We've subsequently secured funding from well-known investors worldwide. We're still a small team, but we are growing fast. We are a remote-first company and we hire the best people, independent of where they live.   • Create our communications plan, with buy-in from other teams
  • Own inbound lead generation campaigns end-to-end to create our MQLs by working closely with our product, customer success and sales teams. Build audiences, generate engagement, drive acquisition and generate positive ROI
  • Research and understand target markets to decide what type of content and messaging will be most beneficial for attracting inbound leads
  • Boost our visibility via SEO and campaigns on a variety of platforms
  • Own your own advertising budget, identifying the best opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other writers in the team to create emails, blog posts and social content
  • Deploy A/B testing strategies to ensure we’re continuously learning
  • Review and report to the business on campaigns. This will include using platforms such as Google Analytics and other ways to view campaign data

What it takes

  • Experience across growth or marketing domains in a B2B / SaaS start-up environment
  • Strong ability in creating end-to-end campaigns that demand the attention of target audiences across multiple channels and result in MQLs
  • Understanding of how to use an array of lead-gen tools including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot and those that you bring yourself
  • Passion for data and eagerness to test in all necessary directions to ensure growth
  • Exceptional communication skills in English - both oral and written
  • Focus on goals with an ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Continuous drive to learn, from technical matters to customer interview techniques
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and eagerness to take initiative
  • Definite plus: STEM background, previous startup experience, and working in EU time zones
