We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to build and accelerate Lilia’s reach, with the goal of normalizing egg securing and championing reproductive freedom.
This is a dream job for someone who loves executing, is wicked at social media, and cares a lot about women’s equality. You’ll work directly with the CEO & founder, Alyssa Atkins to conceptualize and execute stigma-stashing campaigns via press, podcasts, think-pieces, email marketing, and social media.
Alyssa is mostly based in SF, but this role is remote-friendly.
✨ The Opportunity
- Lead and execute marketing for a beloved and forward-thinking brand
- Launch email marketing campaigns to drive top of funnel growth and improve conversion
- Plan, execute, and measure new marketing campaigns across e-mail, social media, podcasts, PR, and anything else you can dream up
- Work with the founder to dream up creative concepts, with full ownership of execution
- Report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Manage ongoing performance for email, social media, and PR
- Set-up and launch new channels such as podcasts, influencers, and affiliates
☝️ Important: this is a contract position to start, with opportunity to join full time
💰 Comp
- $3,900 - $6,400 USD per month, depending on experience
🦄 About You
- You hold yourself to a high execution bar, and put heart into everything you do
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with early-stage startups, PR, and email marketing
- Highly independent: able to execute campaigns with little day-to-day oversight
- High level of ownership: you independently fix problems when you see them
- Quick learner: comfortable being thrown into the deep end and figuring things out
- Great executer: can turn a huge vision into reality without missing crucial details or deadlines
- Positive and optimistic with a growth mindset
