We are looking for a teammate we can count on to:

• Deploy strategic and tactical actions to generate revenue pipeline at Searchlight, particularly at the top of the funnel • Growth: Launch, track, and optimize programs and campaigns across channels to accelerate funnel activity • Content: Own the strategy and delivery of content to engage prospects and customers • Bring innovative thinking to the team as a pi-shaped marketer passionate about impacting the hiring landscape

Relevant Experience: • 4+ years of experience in an early-stage B2B Marketing environment • Tech Stack: Hubspot, Wordpress, Figma • Demonstrated passion for writing content, deploying campaigns to activate funnels • Familiarity with data analysis tools and dashboards, this is a data-driven role

Success Profile: • Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written, eager to give and deliver feedback • Self-starter and fast learner, solutions focused and embraces creativity • Sharp at problem solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking • Biased towards action and speed of delivery • Creative thinker who can unblock themselves and sprint into new solutions • Passion for building relationships with customers and cultivating community

In Month 1 you’ll: • Deeply understands the product, user, and industry • Supporting existing team members on projects • Create 3 pieces of content (writing and design) • Plan 1 marketing campaign

By Month 2 you’ll: • Create 3 marketing campaigns • Organize 1 event • Bring in contractors as needed

At Month 3 you’ll: • Report weekly on marketing projects and campaigns they're running and how they're improving • Identify 1 channel that is working in delivering predictable leads

The team:

This role will reports directly to Kerry Wang (Co-Founder, CEO) and will work closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Business Development

How we’ll take care of you: • Our hybrid team in SF enjoys the office 3x/week with catered lunches, game nights, team dinners, and community events.
