As a Growth Manager, you’ll be a critical part of our business development effort, driving our lead generation and outreach efforts. You'll work closely with the CEO and the Chief of Staff to develop and execute methods to open doors. You will be expected to manage large quantities of leads and outreach. You will also work on qualifying prospects, analyzing sales metrics, and iterating our lead generation strategies for optimal results.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with CEO and CoS to source leads
- Reach out to prospects in the connected hardware industry
- Generate a high volume of leads each week
- Use LinkedIn & Sales Navigator as a prospecting tool
- Send high volume of outreach and follow up on previous conversations
- Document and report on your progress and metrics
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Impeccable writing, highly communicative
- Ability to execute high outreach and lead gen output each day
- Act with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional attention to detail and empathy for your audience
- Motivated to use response rates to iterate on messaging and strategy
- Strong data organization skills
- Proficiency in working with and researching new tools to achieve goals
- Enthusiasm for start-up culture (fast!) and driving sales
- Effective and pleasant collaboration and communication skills

- Energetic and resourceful
