JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will have an opportunity to scale up a fast-growing global beauty brand.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for growth, engagement, and conversation within social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok
• Work on engagement funnels on and design/execute appropriate strategies
• Design and execute user-driven growth campaigns
• Build communication strategies & write content for push notifications, emails, and other branding activities
• Social media marketing & influencer outreach for brand awareness
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing objectives are met

Experience :

• Minimum of 3 years and above experience in paid media acquisition and managing growth funnels
• Data-driven
• Professional understanding of consumer products
