Job Overview:
As our Growth Lead, you will work side by side with Trey (CEO) and be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through various channels such as email marketing, webinars, and advertising partnerships. You will work closely with the founding team to develop and execute growth strategies, test new channels, and optimize our existing marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive user engagement, conversion, and retention
Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars to educate our target audience and generate leads
Build a team to run webinars
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless user experience and maximize growth opportunities
Monitor, analyze, and report on growth metrics to the team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our growth strategy remains cutting-edge and effective
