What you’ll do

You’ll join the growth team at www.fairsquaremedicare.com, which takes a senior from knowing nothing about Medicare to feeling confident they have the best health insurance their budget allows. You’ll:

• Create a referral channel

• Ideate & own developing new channels

• Optimize our paid channels

• Serve as the "chief generalist" of the growth team

Who you are

You have a track record of developing growth strategies and delivering outcomes. Or, you've spent 1+ years in management consulting, banking, PE, or held an adjacent role at a fast growing start-up.
