In the smartphone revolution, we've forgotten about the phone; it's been left behind technologically. It serves us spam calls or requires small business owners to learn technical concepts like VoIP (Voice over IP or internet calling).
In 2022 we grew our recurring revenue by over 400% while discovering profitable channels ready for optimization and scale.
Our team expanded from 17 people in January to 70+ by the end of 2022. Our customers now include KFC, AT&T, dozens of state and local governments, and General Motors (as well as consumers around the US).

We're looking for a Growth Engineer to join our team! The job is full-time and completely remote, work from anywhere.
About You
You've been a software engineer for 3+ years
Front-End Focused: you’ve used HTML, CSS, and Webflow
Product Led: you will be the technical power behind our product-led growth efforts, so you have an eye for design, product management, and effective engineering
Collaborative: you thrive in an environment involving different functions, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
Nice to have: UX design and/or product management experience
If you are not a native English speaker, you have B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above communication skills, if you speak Russian, that's a plus
You're methodical and results-driven, you enjoy a fast-paced environment, and startup experience is a huge plus
About the Role
Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams
Own A/B testing stack and strategy
Implement no-code solutions where appropriate to streamline the Growth team's ability to ship tests
Generate ideas, define success metrics, and formulate hypotheses for rapid experimentation initiatives
Own problems from end to end, manage complexity and engage directly with stakeholders to develop short-term and long-term solutions
Be a strategic partner, thinking through everything from business impact to reliability and operability to the end user
