Objective: Help the growth team overcome any blockers when setting up experiences, campaigns, and tests while generating high-confidence experiment ideas that have a high success rate.
Responsibilities:
Focus on technical decisions and implementing experiments
Implement CRO throughout the website and software
Help improve our user acquisition efforts (SEO/PPC)
Implement A/B tests - interpret and iterate on experiment results.
Help execute and deploy ideas from the growth team
Help the growth team measure new events, whether they are from new features or existing ones
Support the growth team in the setup and implementation of our mobile app tracking across the entire customer journey
Implement gamification or other “small ideas” that the growth team would like to test out in order to generate impact in the user journey and increase our revenue
Think of ideas to improve user conversion and user experience
Find shortcuts to technical problems the growth team encounters
Understand which opportunities will have the greatest impact on our goals
Validate that our ideas have a positive impact using experiments
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English
3+ years of experience working for SaaS companies
Previous experience running in-software A/B tests
3+ years of Javascript experience, ideally with React JS
HTML/CSS experience
Experience consuming external APIs
Bonus
Node.js experience
Worked with eBay, Etsy or Stripe APIs
Worked with other marketplace integrations
Unit testing with Jest
