We’re looking for a Growth Associate to help us grow our customer base and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for candidates with high agency. As the right hand of our CEO, you will work side-by-side with us and collaborate closely with customers and our sales team across the entire lifecycle — from outreach and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer success.

What you will be working on
- Work side-by-side with our CEO on high-priority, high-impact growth initiatives
- Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
- Own and optimize Mercura’s GTM engine to 10x our revenue next year
- Build and manage relationships with customers
- Grow with the company and collaborate with other stellar team members to achieve ambitious goals
What we’re looking for
Personality & Experience
- You bring experience in building or scaling a company and driving sales in a startup or own projects
- You have worked in fast-paced environments (e.g. startups, consulting, VC)
- You’re outgoing, energetic, caring, and enjoy working with people
- You have strong customer empathy and business sense to understand customer pain points and needs
- You a strong problem solver and and excel in taking full ownership of tasks
- You are a strong and professional communicator in German & English

The target total compensation (cash+bonus+equity) for this position is €80,000-€130,000 annually. Actual offers and compensation are based on specific job duties, experience, performance, total rewards structure, and other considerations.
