About The Role:
As a Graphic Designer for StyleDoubler, you will provide high-quality graphic design for a wide variety of creative campaigns, the freedom to influence design direction, and the chance to create elegant, on-trend designs every day.
What You'll do:
• Assist Marketing teams with key design projects across the business.
• Research and art direction for our campaign experiments, working across a broad range of verticals and topics to ensure that we’re delivering the right visual cues to our various users.
• Ensure high-quality production of graphic design for all users.
• Research competitors, trends, patterns and best-practices, visual/interaction design inspiration, user and business insights.
• Produce and integrate effective & efficient design practices.
• Support the team’s scalability through documentation and process improvement.
What we’re looking for:
• 2-3+ years experience as a Graphic or Visual Designer creating a diverse range of designs in digital and print, preferably multi-pager layouts
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing on-trend, relevant, and beautiful designs
• The ability to consider user experience, and follow usability guidelines
• The ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment, seeking feedback to improve your work and take your designs further
• Diligence to hit deadlines, and offer suggestions to streamline and improve team processes
• The confidence to try new things, a passion for big ideas, and using design to make a difference
• A love for design and content, who displays a high level of design craft who is comfortable in different media, formats, and projects.
• Someone who has the ability to communicate well and is able to share knowledge with a growing design team.
• A passion for pushing boundaries and pursuing excellence, with demonstrated experience in commissioning all types of creatives, in local and global situations as well as the confidence to try new things, and a passion for big ideas and storytelling
• You enjoy a little flexibility in your work. Our growth means there are constantly new things to work on every day, as such it’s likely that you’ll often be working across the board on new and exciting projects.
