Job Summary

Reporting to our Head of Global Human Resources, the Sr. Manager of Global Talent Acquisition will be a critical role in helping us rapidly scale our organization globally. This role will be responsible for leading metrics-driven inbound and outbound recruiting teams globally, building out systems, processes, and culture that will serve as the foundation for excellence in recruiting while partnering with leaders across the company to meet immediate hiring goals.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a team of outbound recruiters focused on helping us grow our technical and global go-to-market teams
  • Manage relationships with all external recruiters
  • Partner with the VP of Operations and leadership teams to design and implement new sourcing strategies to meet global business initiatives.
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring clean data as well as workflow design and systems integration
  • Lead and create monthly metrics-driven business reviews focused on constant improvement of the recruiting function
  • Develop initiatives to integrate our company DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) mission into our recruiting practices
  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters and/or coordinators

Experience And Skills Required

  • Must possess 8+ years talent acquisition experience with 5+ years leading and managing the strategy for global talent acquisition, including:
  • 5+ years experience in leading the strategy for full life cycle and functions of talent acquisition in a global high-growth technology environment across multiple regions, including the USA, Europe, APAC regions, and/or the UK
  • Demonstrated success in creating, implementing, and leading fast-growing data-driven, global recruitment processes
  • Proven experience leading and developing global talent acquisition teams across multiple countries in a primarily remote environment
  • Experience building and scaling a successful outbound recruiting team of technical and global go-to-market recruiters
  • Possess experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Must have proven success in creating effective global talent acquisition metrics with a strong understanding and ability to identify, create and understand global strategies and all aspects of global talent acquisition metrics to adapt and implement successful sourcing strategies, create and present executive dashboards with key metrics and identify and implement solutions
  • Must have strong analytical, Excel, project management, follow-up skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Global sourcing and/or recruiting strategy experience a plus
  • Minimal travel required, based on business needs

Location

Atlanta, GA, New York, NY, Raleigh or Charlotte, NC, Florida, or other east coast locations are preferred. (While this role will be remote, the candidate must reside in the USA. East coast and mid-USA locations are preferred.)
