Tens of thousands of convenience store owners are finding that their priceless point of sale data is being deleted and are forced to rely on their gut for important business decisions. SwiftSku has a hardware device that plugs into their point of sale systems to empower owners with business intelligence for the first time all from their smartphone.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain custom software tools for Customer Onboarding and Support use cases
- Create and maintain the customer support admin panel
- Collaborate with other internal teams and work in all areas of our stack to develop new tools, features, and products for our customers and internal systems
- Create and maintain documentation for all internal tools
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- At least 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Python
- Experience with frontend JS frameworks like React, Angular, Next.js (preferred)
- Experience with NoSQL, SQL, REST APIs and AWS
Nice to have
- Retool
- Salesforce APIs
- GraphQL
Other Requirements
- You must demonstrate initiative and creative problem-solving ability.
- Experience building internal tools at growing startups
- Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs
- Experience building internal dashboards and admin interfaces
- Working knowledge of frontend, backend, and API layer.
- This is a long term position and you must be able to work 40 hours a week.
