Minimum requirements:
- You have professional experience as a software engineer (i.e. you were paid to code and worked with a team of other people who were paid to code), OR
- You have made significant contributions to one or more open source projects (i.e. you have made several non-trivial pull requests, or you are the maintainer of an open source project being used by at least one professional entity)
- Fluency in English
Nice to haves:
- Experience working at a venture funded startup
- Proficiency with at least one statically-typed programming language
- Knowledge about event sourced architectures
- Experience with Kafka and/or Kubernetes
- Experience with Flutter
- Experience with Rust
