The Opportunity

As we scale our platform and expand our AI agent capabilities, we're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our founding engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI applications in a high-growth environment where your contributions will directly impact our product and business trajectory.

What You'll Build

• Advanced interfaces for our GTM agents that make complex AI capabilities intuitive for sales professionals
• Scalable backend systems that process and analyze massive datasets to power our recommendation engines
• Real-time monitoring and feedback systems to continuously improve agent performance
• Integration layers that connect our platform with CRMs, sales engagement tools, and other customer systems
• New agent capabilities across our core embedding search technology (PersanaVector™)

Your Impact

• Shape the architecture and technical direction of a fast-growing AI startup
• Build features that directly improve the effectiveness of sales teams at our customer companies
• Work closely with our AI/ML team to bring cutting-edge language and embedding models into production
• Contribute to a product that's changing how businesses discover and connect with each other

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building production web applications
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or similar
• Familiarity with database design, SQL, and NoSQL solutions
• Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Interest in AI/ML applications and data-intensive applications

Bonus Points For

• Experience building applications that integrate with LLMs or other AI models
• Knowledge of sales tech, CRMs, or B2B prospecting workflows
• Background in search, recommendation systems, or information retrieval
• Experience at fast-growing startups or YC companies
• Contributions to open source projects
