We are looking for a frontend software engineer to assist in implementing & maintaining the wide variety of features in our digital immigration web application. This is mainly a single page web app that uses Angular 2+, but we’re looking for anyone with solid experience in a modern web framework.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of structuring frontend projects
Design & implement new software features for our web app
Iterate on updates in tandem with design & product teams
Help build & lead the frontend engineering team with good technical leadership/mentorship
Adapt & learn new technologies
Requirements:
4+ years experience with software engineering
Excellent knowledge of Javascript/CSS/HTML
Experience with modern web frameworks (Angular/Ember/React)
Strong understanding of good reactive/async code design patterns
Experience with version control systems (preferably git)
Basic understanding of industry security practices
Recommended:
Familiarity with GraphQL
Angular 2+ experience
Understanding of RxJs or other reactive programming libraries
Appreciation for functional programming/design
