Roles & Responsibilities
- Help building Fig apps like autocomplete, scripts, dotfiles, and access
- Our stack is Typescript, React/Next.js, Tailwind, Prisma
- Talk to users, ideate on new products, then build them
- Build Fig's component library
- Create delightful user experiences
Key Qualifications
- Typescript
- Strong familiarity with React (life cycle methods, state management, componentization)
- Strong familiarity with CSS fundamentals
- Experience architecting and maintaining large typescript apps
- Great design skills
- Familiarity with modern TS ecosystem (e.g. best practice tools for transpilation, bundling etc)
- Comfortable in the terminal
Bonus Points
- Strong familiarity with the shell
- Experience with Tailwind
- Experience with graphql and/or prisma
- Exceptional UX / UI skill
- Experience building typescript libraries and frameworks
- Experience building a developer tool (even if personal use)
